Dog Spaw Policies


CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

As in any business that works out of an appointment book, our daily schedule depends on appointments being kept.  

If you wont be able to keep your appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice.  We understand that sometimes emergencies can happen and cause missed appointments. 


NO SHOW POLICY

1st time :  Warning

2nd time :  Prepayment of $25 per dog required to book next appointment.

3rd time :  Prepayment of cost of grooming will be required for ALL future appointments.


LATE PICKUP POLICY

Due to limited space, we ask that you pickup your pet as soon as possible after we have notified you.

Please inform your groomer of any conflicts at time of check-in.


LATE PICKUP CHARGE

Pets not picked up after 60 minutes of notification, may have a $10 per hour late fee added. 


REFUND POLICY (NO REFUND ON SERVICES)

If you are dissatisfied with your groom, please let us know within 48 hours of picking up your pet, so that we can fix what is needed.
